Welcome to Crushed Glass Art. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Crushed Glass Art. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of crushedglassart.com and crushedglassartparty.com (collectively, the “Sites”).
Please note: Our online kit shop at shop.crushedglassart.com is operated on the Shopify platform and is governed by a separate set of Terms of Service available at https://shop.crushedglassart.com/policies/terms-of-service. If you purchase products through our kit shop, those Terms apply to your purchase. These Terms apply to your use of crushedglassart.com and crushedglassartparty.com.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Sites.
Section 1 – Access
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Section 2 – About the Sites
crushedglassart.com serves as our brand hub, providing information about Crushed Glass Art, our products, and our events. crushedglassartparty.com is dedicated to our in-person Crushed Glass Art Party events and related offerings.
The Sites are informational in nature. Purchases of kits are made through shop.crushedglassart.com. Event tickets and party bookings are made through our event ticketing partners, which are linked from the Sites.
Section 3 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, and the overall look and feel, is owned by Crushed Glass Art or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Sites without our prior written consent.
The Crushed Glass Art name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Crushed Glass Art. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
Section 4 – Third-Party Links
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our kit shop on Shopify, our event ticketing platform, social media accounts, and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
Section 5 – Feedback and Communications
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other content to us through the Sites, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, including for commercial use, without compensation to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Sites will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
